larryLarry Pierce, Chief Executive Officer
Larry has served as the chief executive officer of NADA for 15 years, and has been working in the drug and alcohol field in New South Wales for the past 19 years. Larry holds extensive experience in the public sector, working in HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C public health programs in the Queensland and the Commonwealth health departments. He sits on a range of strategic health committees including the NSW Health Drug and Alcohol Program Council, the NSW Health NGO Advisory Committee, NCOSS Health Policy Advisory Committee, as well as a range of task orientated drug and alcohol committees and working groups. robertRobert Stirling, Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Robert is responsible for sector reform and development, policy and planning, research and CEO/executive support.  He sits on a number of committees representing the non government alcohol and other drugs sector. Robert has qualifications in public health and community management. He is also a board director for a community organisation and is an assessor of the Quality Improvement Council (QIC) Health and Community Services Standards. He has worked in the alcohol and other drugs sector for over 10 years across the government and non government sectors. Dr Suzie Hudson, Clinical Director
Suzie provides clinical advice and consultation for NADA members and NADA submissions, in addition to overseeing the custodianship of the NADAbase client information and outcomes system. Suzie is an accredited mental health social worker and has over 17 years' clinical experience in the fields of substance misuse, mental health, forensics, research and evaluation. Suzie has worked, developed and managed community-based and residential alcohol and drug services both in Australia and overseas. In addition, she provides training workshops and maintains a private counselling practice. Suzie has a PhD in public health and community medicine and a passion for engaging with social change. sianneSianne Hodge, Program Manager
Sianne is responsible for a number of sector development projects including leading the development of a workforce development plan for the NSW non government alcohol and other drugs sector. Sianne has worked in the AOD sector since 2006 and has experience in project management, quality improvement, and research. She has qualifications in criminology, social science and policy. Her areas of interest include blood borne viruses, consumer participation, and reducing AOD harm among older persons. Contact Sianne

cassandraCassandra McNamara, Program Manager
Cass provides NADA and its members with NADAbase, evaluation and research support to further the capacity of the NGO sector in the collection, analysis and reporting of client treatment and outcome data. Prior to working at NADA, Cass spent 17 years' working in the government sector in administrative and policy roles. Her exposure to the alcohol and other drug sector has been in managing the policy areas of the Opioid Treatment Program and the Medically Supervised Injecting Centre. She has recently completed her Master of Public Policy and holds qualifications in public sector management. Contact Cassandra

Helena Hodgson, Program Manager
Helena is responsible for the HNECC AOD Network, created to increase the service delivery capacity of the AOD treatment sector through improved regional coordination, and improve the effectiveness of AOD treatment services for individuals between various sectors. Helena has worked in the community services sector for approximately 30 years and has diplomas in community services work and governance. For the past nine years she has worked in the AOD sector working with Community Drug Action Teams across the Hunter New England and Central Coast areas. Contact Helena

Ana Katerina de Jesus, Project Officer
Tata works on a number of NADA sector capacity building projects, including the NADA Workforce Development Training Grants Program and the NADA Policy Toolkit. She also provides secretariat support to the Youth AOD Services Network and the NADA Practice Leadership Group. Tata comes from a policy and project administration and management background with experience in Australia and overseas. She holds a bachelor degree in international studies. Contact Tata

sharonSharon Lee, Communications Officer
Sharon develops, manages and evaluates NADA's publications, as well as organization and event materials. She crafts communications to compel people to think, act and feel. For the past 15 years she ran a digital consultancy, connecting clients to their audiences with research, strategy and design. She has prototyped business-critical applications for startups; designed websites for television, magazine, newspaper and radio publishers; and animated games and e-learning modules for children. She holds qualifications in public health, marketing and visual art. Contact Sharon

Maricar Navarro, Administration Officer
Maricar is responsible for administrative and coordinating functions relating NADA's operations. This includes general administration and office coordination, executive support, secretariat for board and internal meetings, purchasing and supporting financial systems, compliance requirements, ICT, event management, and property and asset management. She also leads NADA's accreditation process, providing oversight of continuous quality improvement systems. Maricar comes from an administrative support background with NGO experience. She has recently completed her Diploma in Business and Management and holds a bachelor degree in visual communications. Contact Maricar
