staff138x128larry.jpgLarry Pierce – Chief Executive Officer

Larry has served as the CEO of NADA for the past nine years. He comes from a background in drug and alcohol service provision in Queensland in the 1980s and 1990s and has also had extensive experience in the public sector in HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C public health programs both in Queensland and the Commonwealth health departments. Larry sits on the NSW Drug and Alcohol Council and represents and advocates for NGO interests with NSW Health. He also sits on the NSW Health NGO Advisory Committee, the NSW Drug and Alcohol Workforce Development Council and is an NGO representative to the NSW Government Human Services CEOs NGO compact forum.

Tanya has been with NADA since 2006. Tanya has principal responsibility for supporting quality improvement, member services, sector development and policy development across the sector.

Victor Dudman – Business Manager

Victor manages the organisation’s finance and business functions. With over 20 years experience working in a diverse range of industries and roles in the private sector he brings a wealth of business acumen to NADA.

Jo joined NADA in 2007 and currently manages the NGO Drug and Alcohol and Mental Health Information Management Project as well as supporting NADA's policy and advocacy work and coordinating NADA's internal quality improvement program.

Heidi joined NADA in late 2007. Her role includes management of the NADA Workforce Development Program and other related projects. Heidi brings to NADA 20 years experience in AOD, mental health, disability, housing and criminal justice across the NSW government and NGO sector.

Robert joined NADA in 2008. He is responsible for the management of the Improved Services Intiative - Cross Sectoral Support and Strategic Partnerships Project, the Family and Carers Project and the Comorbidity Research Grants Program. In addition he sits on the NADA Health Promotion Sub Committee.

Kevin is the new IS Development Manager. He is responsible for the maintenance and development of the NADA online database and other IT projects. Kevin has a background in IT administration and development in university and financial companies.

Geraldine is responsible for Membership, Board secretariat support, Accounts Payable and Travel Coordination.

Sarah joined the NADA team in July 2009. Sarah works on the Improved Services Initiative - Cross Sectoral Support and Strategic Partnerships Project. She also provides secretariat support to the NADA Health Promotion Sub Committee. Sarah has worked in number of different areas in the drug and alcohol sector including; clinical, community development and policy.

Ciara joined NADA in late 2008, and has recently become involved in the Family and Carers program which encourages the involvement of the families and carers of clients with mental health issues accessing drug and alcohol services.  Ciara also supports the NGO Research Program.    Ciara has a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a Diploma in Community Services.
