Contract to 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extension
Salary range from $111,707-$118,624 (depending on experience) + superannuation contribution + eligibility for salary packaging
The Network of Alcohol and other Drugs Agencies (NADA) is the peak organisation for non-government alcohol and other drugs services in NSW. We advocate for, strengthen and support the sector. As a member driven peak body, NADA’s decisions and actions are informed by the experiences, knowledge and concerns of its membership.
This exciting position will play a key role in identifying and responding to NADA members' support and development needs to deliver continuing care services. It will support the continuous development of evidence informed AOD continuing care models of care and best practice.
If you have demonstrated experience in project management, have strong analytical skills, as well as experience with continuing care service delivery, we would like to hear from you. The successful candidate for this position will have strong leadership skills, highly organised administrative skills, possess high level written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders (across government and NGO service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of clinical advice in consultation with the Clinical Director regarding continuing care service delivery within and beyond the NGO sector
- Representation on behalf of NADA to government and other stakeholder forums
- Align initiatives and projects across NADA’s programs and services
- Develop and work to project budgets
- Provide program and project related communication to members, funders and other stakeholders
- Develop and submit project reports as required.
Requirement
Essential
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or professional experience in health and/or community services
- High competency and experience in project management and/or quality improvement
- Comprehensive understanding of the non-government alcohol and other drugs (or broader community services) sector, and factors that may influence service delivery, operations and capacity development for the AOD sector
- Experience with continuing care service delivery, cross sector partnership and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with staff and a range of stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner, with clear, structured and focused written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to analyse and prepare advice, presentations, reports and general communication
- High level of computer literacy with advanced Microsoft office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive and Teams
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Understanding of workforce development
